In case your reservation is cancelled or modified between the 7th and the 14th day before arrival, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the total amount. In any other case, including no show, we reserve the right to charge you the whole amount.
✓In case of a direct booking via telephone, you need to secure your reservation with a prepayment via bank transfer (at least 25% of the total amount).
✓In case of cancellation, we do not return any prepayment amount. However, according to our flexible policy, the amount is set off to your next visit!
